Melpo Zapanti is an architect and industrial designer based in Volos, Greece. She studied at the University of Dundee and works across architecture, construction, interior spaces, furniture and objects.

Her portfolio brings together family and vacation houses in Pelion, residential projects in Volos, hotel restoration, and furniture and room design. The work is presented at different scales, from the building and its setting to the doors, lighting and objects that shape everyday use.

Recent interior work in Paros, in collaboration with Evi Tarantili, explores the relationship between architectural lines, soft light, colour and texture. Progress photographs document how the design develops on site.
